Series of illustrations representing a narration of a key scene from the film Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain by Jean-Pierre Jeunet : a young woman finds a memory box in her flat, and returns it to its owner by dropping it in a phone box and ringing it.
The aim was to highlight the way in which memories are apprehended through the emotions of the characters. Evolution of the graphic style evolves according to the temporality. The present moment is represented by the reuse of the colour scheme of the film while the memory is illustrated in a more refined way as if the details had disappeared over time.
